One is New and still in the box and the other is Identical (but no box) and seriously Very Slightly Used for $60 total, so it’s like getting one free. The new Top-O-Matic has a shorter spoon, a stainless steel chamber, a chamber reducer and a handle. This cigarette machine will make king size as well as 100mm cigarettes.
